I would like to get suggestions on the management of the following case.A short history is given.Additional information on the case can be requested at the above e-mail address and these information will be posted here. Case History 22 year old female with IUD and Hepatitis C infection with marked Jaundice( S.bilirubin 22.8 mG%) expelled a dead born foetus 4 hours after admission.She went in for PPH which was controlled with fresh blood,oxytocin and prostaglandins. 12 hrs after delivery she became disoreinted and was started on anti-oedema measures of brain.Improved clinically.3 days later developed abdominal distension and a peritoneal tap showed haemorhaggic ascites.(Tapped to aleviate respiratory distress) She went in for transient anuria and she has recovered well All her coagulation and bleeding parameters are within normal limits.S.bilirubin has come down to 14.5% She continues to bleed from vaginal in spite of general and local measures including aminocaproic acid pack. need comments and suggestions.Urgent
