She is 26 yo 2p pregnant now (5+4w) LMP 12/4/98 Now she has an active infection with VZV ( varicella-zoster virus). The rush( VZV lesions) started at 28/4/98 before discover she was pregnant and finished at 10/5/98. Is the baby at high risk for congenital malformations? How i can manage this pregnancy? The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
