Hi Dr. Stahl,

I'm Editor for OBGYN.net Women/Patients, we had an article about embolization of uterine artery as treatment for uterine fibroids on the Women's Update a few months ago. It is written by Frank Vogel and Dan Javits of Lennox Hill Hospital in New York.

Title" FRANK VOGEL, PHD, MD AND DANIEL JAVIT, MD LENOX HILL HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT OF RADIOLOGY DIVISION OF INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY

NONSURGICAL MANAGEMENT OF UTERINE FIBROIDS

Hope this helps.

I should be there with you but due to a broken leg I can only sit here is Dallas and read the messages.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
