In those severe pelvic pains (severe enough to have a laparoscopy), if there is no other abnormality I perform a Pellanda procedure (or Doleris-Pfannenstiel) through laparoscopy. This procedure was created to correct retroversions but does work too if pelvic varices are alone. Another solution has been described: create a peritoneal fibrosis with laser impacts along the veins; some kind of vein contention.
