Those are some amazin' stories. Well here's mine... Mom, a smoker as well, went into labor spontaneously. She was heavily sedated ( I'm not sure with what). The Family Practice physician came in, decided I was a face presentation. He displaced me to a higher station, flexed my head and let Mom labor all over again. She remembers awakening to the marching band music the next day, Memorial Day. Imagine- a partial Zavanelli with a "new" indication. Was that a standard of care in the late 50's?
