g1p0 scheduled for home delivery with midwife 36 hours of labor, failure to descend attempted (?high) forceps at home by MD, failed x3 rushed to hospital for c/s, one last pull in hospital under general anesthesia and I was born, 6lbs 4 oz (maybe I could have been a brain surgeon too!)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
