Gravida 6 , Para 5, heavy smoker, baby every year since 19. I was 8 -2, delivered at home by neighbor untrained lay "midwife". My brother was 9 lbs., breech, delivered by same woman. Family complained mother's screaming with him disturbed their Thanksgiving dinner. Go figure.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
