Hi, A true surgical treatment is needed in this condition. Forget the puncture (cf Marco's post). Laparoscopy at this term with the correspondent uterine size and with this size of cyst is rather difficult for a lower abdominal procedure. A short open procedure seems to be easier, quicker and safer.
