Oligospermia

A young couple married for the last 3 years trying to conceive for the last two years. Husband and wife both are obese. Initial semen report revealed "azoospermia". After hormone analysis husband is on HCG 2000 iu on alternate days for the last one year. Sperm count has increased but is variable ranging from 2000 to 40,000/ml. Wife's fallopian tubes are patent hysterosalpingography done in '95. Ovulation is taking place as revealed by ultrasonographic follicular studies 4 cycles of Husband's semen intrauterine insemination have been done without results. What should be done further?
