she's NOT my OB patient. she had NO MSAFP. since she was having amnio for age-related risks anyway, she elected NOT to have serum screen. this lady had had 2 previous cesareans. assuming f/u scans confirm dx, her OB has counselled her re: elective C-hyst. doubless, more to follow.
