ddx includes: choledochal cyst, mesenteric cyst. also, if gender is female, ovarian cyst altho less likely as you describe. if you can digitize representative pics, why not contact Terry for the ultrasound list. in meantime, would follow for change in size or character. watch for development of ascites. would not needle. also, would definitely get a MFM consult for plan, covering the aspects you have raised.
