Hi folks, I am quite frustrated, today is holyday in Brazil, and I had to schedule a patient for a endometrial biopsy, (this is for my PhD). she is using an IUD. I tried to perform the biopsy, but, it seems that the IUD is blocking the cervical channel, and I gave up, I did not want to inflige more pain to my patient. So I am wodering, does anyone have any experience with endometrial biopsy and IUD at the same time?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
