I did go back in on Fri evening.
Pre-operatively I thought of :
- hysteroscopy induced PID,
- post laparoscopic pneumoperitoneum though it seemed a bit too large,
- peptic ulcer perforation, and of course
- post sugical complications ie uterine perforation and bowel
perforation

I did a laparoscpy (open) - There was a certain amount of gaz inside, no bowel involved. - No pus nor stool inside - 3cms, sub-serosal Tumoral/endometriosic appendix

I performed a classic McBurney appendectomy.

Commentary: During the first laparoscopy I had just a glance on this area for the reason for the operation was fertility work out not pain, so I did not "unwind" the caecum as usual. Shame on me, but if I saw that at that time I don't think I would have removed it.
