Dear Douglas,

Thanks for the response. Is it in anyway have similarity to 47XXY (KFS). Just wondering why 47XXY should have defective fertility (subfertility), while 47 XXX don't. Also I remember reading that these 47 XXX have secondary amenorrhoea and secondary infertility (one of the rare causes of secondary amenorrhoea).

Could you please send me a copy of your study.

TIA.

The patient's husband wants to know whether to terminate the pregnancy or not! What is your opinion! Incidentally the couples are muslims.

Bye,

Take care,

Shankar

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
