I reviewed one case here in Florida; it was in a 42 year old woman. It was missed initially and treated as a bartholin's cyst, which then didn't heal. We treated one case when I was at Barnes Hospital in 1980. Both had poor outcomes. Linda Linda Morrison-Boczar MD MBA FACOG Sarasota, FL

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
