My thought would be that she's got persistent infection, perhaps because her primary was not too long ago... it takes sometimes a year or two to immunologically complete the response. HOWEVER, since she's got antibody, the chance of severe fetal infection is very low (i.e. low risk of a TORCH syndrome baby). However, she, like anyone who's had CMV, will ALWAYS have a small chance of having a mildly affected baby...
