A young woman who receives services from one of the family planning clinics in North Dakota is moving to Portsmouth, England in September 1998 for a 6-month stay. She is currently on Depo Provera and wishes to maintain her method while in Portsmouth. The clinic staff have requested a listing of clinics and/or physicians that would provide her with Depo shots during her 6-month period. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
