New question for the REI folks. I perform a lot of CCCT here for unexplained infertility and for the IVF program I refer to. What are people currently using for their cutoff of normal. Initially I learned that a D3 fsh >18 was the end point, then it lowered to 12 or 14, I have heard as low as 8.5. I have also heard that if the D3 and D10 levels added together are greater than 10, this is an end point, or at least a very poor prognostic sign. Case in point, 31yo G0 with primary infertility. Normal SA, ovulation, EMB, post coital test and HSG. 6 cycles of CC100/HCG/IUI no success. Day 3 FSH 9.18, Day 10 FSH 8.49. P.S. Peds or FP do the circ's here and where I trained. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
