I'm certainly not a REI. My basic work up is TSH and prolactin. If the patient is amenorrheic, I'll withdraw with Provera first. If she doesn't withdraw, then I'll get FSH. Not very academic but cheap and practical.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
