I have a 26 yea old woman who has been treated for multiple condyloma of the external genitalia and perianal region with a variety of topical agents. These have served only to keep the lesions at bay...according to the patient. The dermatologist whose ben treating her failed to do a spec exam and guess what?...She's got multiple intravaginal lesions as well as lesions on the cervix. The patient is in a panic, believeing that these lesions are taking over everything. She wants laser treatment but has no insurance. How would the listmembers proceed in treating her effectively.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
