It will probably get bigger as the pregnancy progresses and even lead to more bleeding. The worst thing would be to do a vaginal delivery and have huge bloody lacerations through this condyloma. The repair would be horrendous and frought with complications, (ureters and things like that.) Surgical excision under controlled conditions with lots of exposure and good anesthesia, might be a lot better way to go. Dan -----Original Message----- From: Timothy C. A.
