28yo G3P2 now 22 weeks pregnant and after an episode of vaginal bleeding a large 2-3 cm condyloma was noted high in the right vagina. This appears to be an isolated lesion. My inclination is to remove it but I'm not sure this would really make a difference for the pregnancy. Does anyone think a C-Section is warranted to protect the baby? Any comments are welcome.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
