Circs - Peds or OB? (no politics please...)

Just wondering. We don't do them in my residency program but I know
some do. Anyone know any data on national numbers for who is doing
them?
I personally think it should be a peds practice - after all if I get a
complication who is going to handle it? Who decides whether the baby
is ok for it? Peds on both counts as far as I'm concerned...
BTW, if you are anti-circumcision please leave the comments at home or
send them via private email. This is not a request for such
discussion I just want to know what others are doing out there - right
or wrong in your mind.
