Their is a Physical Therapist here in California that speaks all over the United States and specializes in Women/Pregnancy/GYN problems. Her name is Blayne Liparato and she swears by the TENS for labor. She used the TENS during her oown labor but did not implement it until about 5 cms then increased strength during transition. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
