correct.. I would like to emphasize that if you are going to respond to this survey, you send it directly to the person conducting the survey and not the entire list.

I would also suggest anyone interested in conducting a survey ask me first, so that it can be posted with my approval. This group does provide a unique opportunity to survey large numbers of practitioners quickly and cheaply, however, we really don't want it becoming a nuisance. If the members of the list cannot keep from responding directly to the list, I would have to consider banning this practice..

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
