Malcolm:you are correct. When the pill was introduced in trial in a carribean country the lack of menses was found to be not acceptable.Interesting the BCP is still produced in this country with huge tax breaks given to the producers.Enovid 10mgm at first was found to work as an after intercourse pill.Sold on the street as such. I remember laughing at the concept;how little did we know! Joe

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
