Because her preop diagnosis was to r/o endometriosis versus fibroids; I was not able to distinguish this preop. >

I couldn't agree more; now that I know what she has and what she needs, such as Lupron, and an open myomectomy according to some, I can revisit this in the future.

I disagree with you, and actually think that I have done her a service by defining her problem, and now I can involve her in its correction.
