ooforectomy is the only way to stop the endometriosis development at this age, but... y do prefer an open ooforectomy as the only way to clamp the infundibulopelvic ligament without problems. However...

Y would never put her on HRT afterwords because she will recover the endometriosis soon.

It is very complicated and has the posibility of a fistula transformating the vagina in a nice cloaca.
