Did I do right. 27 YO primip., 35.5 weeks, IVF pregnancy, seen for vertigo one week ago, everything else was normal at that time. Because of the vertigo she was unable to walk or stand, and she was hospitalized. Friday: nausea, BP = 140/70, platelets 170,000; Liver enzymes X 2, uric acid 62; normal FHR. Saturday: nihil novi Sunday: idem + epigastric pain + head ache + brisk tendon reflex. Closed cervix I did a C-section => 2500 grs healthy baby girl

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
