At the start of this thread I scanned Medline for articles that might be relevant. I found some interesting candidates but have not yet ordered the paper articles, most of which are so old that they are lacking online abstracts. Perhaps you can save me the time :-) (I'm hoping for support for a, say, 150 days limit.)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
