I don't know why you should feel sorry for them. It's not like there's any shortage of information in the world, nor any shortage of physicians they could consult for evaluation of individual cases. They're just seeking a free and easy route to the answers, like the kid asking her dad the answer to the homework problem instead of working it out herself. It's a fact of life that high-quality information usually costs in either time or money or both.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
