I find this comment interesting. Does that mean you labor sit all of your patients from the time they arrive at the hospital? Does that mean that you believe a CNM should not attend deliveries unless a physician is in house? Just curious. Ingrid Gold, CNM

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
