GYN: IUD IN NULLIP.From: amendel@juno.comThu Feb 5 21:56:55 1998
The PDR describes the patient selection for IUD insertion as a woman in a long term monogamous relationship who has had at least one child. The product information sheets don't seem to mention parity anymore. So...are Listers putting IUD's in nullips? Am I being mean, old fashioned, appropriately concerned? thanks, Aaron A. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
