Strong "Yes" to EMB for this irregularly spotting post-ablation woman. If "insufficient material" and otherwise low risk, I would re-sample in 6-12 mo if Sx continued. If "high risk" for endo CA(obese, diabetic, Htn,, hx anov cycles, etc) would do H-S if biopsy "insufficient".
