Wrote something on that long times ago (yes once again ;-)), on a very similar story (Grossesse et lymphome non hodgkinien. P. Morice, B. Cristalli, M. Heid, J. Briere, M., Levardon. J. Gynecol. Obstet. Biol. Reprod. 1993, 22, 68-70)

I would begin prednison at once. Alone or with another steroid to mature the lungs. And wait till 32 weeks, if possible, before taking this fetus out. The other drugs may be "super bomb to the fetus" (A. Hensenne)
