IMHO if a premature labour (PTL) begins there is a reason. The baby may not be well where he is. I'm not eager to stop this at any price. In many occasions PTL is related to an infection, even not clinically evident. So, as someone said: "let the children come to me"...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
