Cytoxan=cyclophosphamide= alkylating agent. Oncovin= vinka alkaloïd-blok cells in mitosis->tubulin. Adryamycin= anthracycline, intercalate with DNA & RNA synthesis ...mutagenic & carcinogenic...

All this drugs are toxic, but together = big bomb for the mother & super bomb for the fetus.

The fetus should be delivered before chemotherapy, but mature lungs by steroids before.
