You may have hear of our system. An Ob/Gyn in Oregon just purchased it.

I have been intimately involved in the design of an electronic record keeping system specifically for Ob/Gyns ("VersaForm CPR, Ob/Gyn").

The system has a large set of templates geared for gyn, ob, and basic primary care, besides the basic portion of medication/allergies/CPT&ICD9/Lab tracking and Rx writing,

The note-taking templates are easily modified and using them requires scant computer skills (you do have to know how to use a mouse!)

We have a demo CD-ROM which we can send on request and our web site is http://www.versaform.com.

A colleague of mine said she heard of a electronic medical record system for OB/GYNs but doesn't have any details. Anyone using such a system? Feedback? Recommendations? Searching the Web I only found general care systems.

thx, Sucheta.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
