coding

Does anybody know what the appropriate cpt code is for medical management of ectopic pregnancy (specifically, single dose methotrexate administration)? I can't seem to find it in my usual books, or anywhere on the http://www at all.

As a new practitioner (who can't afford a medical biller), I find that I have a lot of these questions. Is there any resource on the net whereby I could get (preferably free) answers to coding questions? I sort of hate to let the damn managed care companies off the hook simply because of my lack of knowledge/experience. Maybe a section in obgyn.net?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
