My response to your "sure, I do induce breeches every day" was that I totally agree with the addition of one word, " I WOULD induce breeches every day"! "How much does he get paid" was a comment or question of someone who may not be a breech advocate!?! If labor is not contraindicated then pitocin induction should not be contraindicated. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
