Well said Malcolm. I am glad I did not respond immediately, because I would not have put it as well as you did. I welcome constructive criticism about my surgical practices FROM OTHERS WHO DO SURGERY. Even with cases that are within my area of expertise, I find it necessary to ask myself if I really know all the details before criticizing. It never seem to be quite the same if you weren't there at the time.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
