Dear Marjorie,

I have been trying to find the time to write for a month or so now but I haven't had much of that elusive substance until now!

Two questions for you, I am a frequent lurker and an infrequent poster to this list and learn a great deal daily. First question what is a Bishops score? heard it often but am unsure of its role. the second question is about a post you sent awhile back re: tricky breech deliveries. You mentioned one head entraptment (sp) scenario where you had to manually press mums tailbone out of the way in order to deliver the head...amazing!!! But how did you do it..I would really appreciate a description of what sounds like an amazing delivery. Thank you for your answers in advance and I am sure there will be more questions in the future as your posts are always interesting and thought provoking.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
