Yes - attach a piece of Dacron mesh to the vaginal vault, and with the other end make a 'Y'. Attach each of the arms of the 'Y' to the sacral promontary either side or the rectosigmoid. At 10:59 PM 28/11/97 -0600, you wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
