I learned it the way Kermit Krantz taught it... I called him myself and asked for his technique, which I had seen somewhere in a conference. You tack a flat piece of Gortex or Merlex on the posterior vaginal...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
