I put it in with 0 Prolene. I'm interested to hear that Marlex can be used. Are there any problems that arise with Marlex that are different from the potential Gore-tex problems? At the ACS (American College of Surgeons) gynecology sections, the discussants recommended not anchoring the graft to the vaginal apex, since this is the weakest part of the vagina. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
