Sacrocolpopexy Need Advice please

I am planning to do a sacrocolpopexy on a very healthe 76yo wf next week.
She has had a failed sacrospinous ligament suspension and MMK.
I am planning to use a midline incision, do a Moskowitz (?) proceedure
with 3-0 silk and then take the bladder down off the vag cuff attach the
graft and suspend to the periosteum of the sacrum with 3-0 silk. Recover
the graft with the peritoneum.
Any tips or suggestions that might work better??
