Actually, her chance of recurrence may be higher, along the lines of 50% chance of any PIH, and about 33% of severe! Sibai has an article from about 10 years ago in the Green (Obstetrics and Gynecology), I believe, that addresses recurrence risk. I don't have the reference at home, but I'll try to remember to check it and post it soon. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
