I would add: Not in this country, where obstetricians have been coward by the legal system, and thus are inexperienced ........

We just delivered a footling breech at 37 weeks who came in fully dilated with membranes intact until the foot was about 5 cm outside the vagina. There are clearly selected footling breeches that CAN be delivered by experienced personnel.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
