Dear Colleagues : I have a case,that need your opinions and experiences. Patient F.M.N,she is 29 years,inpatient with Dx : Primigrav 41 weeks of pregnant. PROM 23 hs, her control during labour was vaginal examination and control with control of HFR with sonicaid,14 hours after,control reported dilatation 8 cm,100 %,AP :0 ;acute fetal bradychardia,and death ,midwife report. She call OBGyn after that..My answer is : anybody know where I get information about "acute fetal death"?, Is there in your experience acute fetal death unexpected? thanks for your advanced Iquitos Hospital OBGyN
