ovarian cyst

Hi list.
I have a 30 y.o G3P2 now at 14 weeks gestation. At 10 weeks she had a 10
cm simple cyst and moderate pain. I left it alone at that time but she
has had waxing and waning episodes of pain, about once a week. I had
hoped it was an atypical persistent corpus luteum. Cyst is still
present, still 10 cm, and still moderately painful.
So would you wait, do an ovarian cystectomy/oophorectomy, or try open
laparoscopy and drainage.
